Los Angeles, CA /Miami Beach, FL (ContentDesk) August 4, 2004 -- The long awaited film based on the life of Chris Paciello, a Staten Island street thug who became the king of South Beach nightlife, is slated for production in January 2005 in Miami and New York.
With elements of Scarface, Miami Vice, The Sopranos, and Donnie Brasco, the 90 minute feature film, "The King of Clubs" tells the true and unbiased story of Paciello, who made world headlines when he was arrested in 1999 in connection with the 1993 murder of a Staten Island, NY housewife. Billed by The Village Voice as "the biggest scandal to hit South Beach since the 1997 murder of Gianni Versace," The New York-born Paciello was a well-known fixture of Miami's nightclub and society crowds. In fact, Paciello, who co-owned Liquid, was credited with adding fire to South Beach's rising status as a major international hotspot. Paciello, who partied
with superstars like Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and supermodel Niki Taylor, was recently sentenced to 10 years in prison."The King of Clubs" cast considerations are Mario Lopez to play Chris Paciello, Tom Sizemore and John C.
McGinley.

TMG Films has acquired the rights to Michele McPhee's "Mob Over Miami" Boston Globe Bestseller.
In addition, Michele McPhee has joined the production staff as a technical advisor. Jeff Franklin (Stuart Little, Full House, Love Stinks) has joined the project as a co-executive producer.
The story spans from Paciello's early life as Christian Ludwigsen on the mean streets in the New York boroughs of Brooklyn and Staten Island to his recreation as Chris Paciello in Miami.
"The King of Clubs" screenplay is based on three years of extensive research, including actual court transcripts.
With financing already secured through an Italian company, filming is set to begin early 2005 and will be shot in some of the original locations in New York and Miami.
"We are pleased about the early global buzz that this project has already generated", said Sadri
"I'm also delighted to have Michele and Jeff on board. King of Clubs is truly a unique project and I'm pleased to be a part of it."Contact Information:Paolo Sadri305-532-7733e-mail protected from spam botsTMG Entertainment?.

Long Beach, CA
October 6, 2004 -? Fitness Professional Emile Jarreau, owner of M2 Fitness.com in Long Beach, knows the holidays can be a challenging time of year regarding food choices. To avoid putting on extra weight this season, he advocates starting a fitness plan before the festivities begin. In his book, "M2 Turbo Fat Loss", Emile helps people realize getting more physical activity and eating a nutritious diet of small, frequent and nutritious meals six days a week is critical to keeping weight off. However, to keep ones sanity, especially around the holidays, it's a good idea for people to give themselves one "cheat" or "guilt-free" day per week.Fitness Pro Emile explains, "The 'guilt-free' day should be one day out of the week when you allow yourself to eat anything you really, really want. During the holidays it is a good idea to have your guilt-free day on either Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day, for example. At the same time it's important to understand the splurging...
Things to see in Los Angeles
Like many large cities, Los Angeles is a collection of smaller towns, glued together with a grid of roads and freeways.Roughly 60 miles across it is one of the largest cities by area in the US. Crossing from side to side can take an hour, but with freeway traffic conditions you are more likely to take at least double this time.Downtown LA is more of a commercial district of skyscraper office blocks than a shopping district. You will find shopping in the form of small shopping plazas and larger shopping malls dotted all over the LA basin. In this respect LA is a little disappointing if you were looking for an american version of London or Paris. However there is still plenty to see and do, it just takes a little planning so that you are not spending your entire time in a traffic jam or driving endless miles across city.Places To Visit Here are some selected places to visit whilst in LA.Angeles Crest Highway A little out of the city this scenic drive twists and turns much like Mulholland...

Clean Vacationing
Clean Vacationing(409 words)Admit it. When the sun is out and you are at your favorite campsite or cottage on the lake the last thing you want to do is spend a lot of time cooking a meal. Often, when vacationing, the lure to purchase instant foods is strong. Unfortunately, these convenience foods often come over packaged usually including some type of plastic. As we can see when we come across trash in the wilderness, the plastics tend to linger the longest - other than maybe glass and metal.
Nothing ruins the feel of a pristine, natural area more than a bunch of garbage. Numerous studies prove that tourists return to an area primarily for its cleanliness and greenery. In this era where the economy has come to rely more on tourism, cleaning up is truly a benefit for the community. We soon realized that walking by these messes and complaining over such disrespect, we were behaving not much better than the polluters who left it. Now when we hike we pack a supply of plastic bags ...
